inTOTUM is licensed by the Queensland Building Construction Commission to undertake Building Design - Medium Class.

CONCEPT DESIGN

Do you have an idea for your Retail, Industrial, or Commercial site? The team at inTOTUM can assist by working with you and your ideas to produce the best solution for your site. Our team understands that each site has its own unique requirements and specific needs.

We work with Developers to identify what opportunities can be achieved with a site. Having designed Mixed-Use Developments, Service Stations, Travel Centres, Fast Food Outlets, Child Care Centres, and Medical Centres, we understand the importance of getting layouts right with potential tenants to ensure the feasibility of a project. Our understanding of legislative requirements and how people will operate a site ensures that the right solutions are incorporated into the project from the start.

inTOTUM is committed to working with you throughout every stage of a Building Design project to deliver innovative end products, which are well co-ordinated and delivered according to your timeline and budget. Clients of the inTOTUM Building Design service can have the quality of their projects managed via the construction documentation.

FUEL SYSTEM DESIGN

inTOTUM is known in the industry for being leaders in creating innovative, cost-effective Fuel System designs. Our team works alongside you to identify opportunities to add benefits and give advice that matches your sites specific fuel requirements.

By working alongside Manufacturers and Installers, you can feel confident that your designed Petroleum or Liquid Petroleum Gas system, is state of the art. Your fuel system will utilise the latest technology available that fits within your budget and is compliant with current legislative requirements.

FUEL INDUSTRY CONSULTANCY

Managing compliance of fuel installations can be difficult. inTOTUMs highly skilled and experienced team will work alongside you to review your site and identify legislative compliance issues. We can evaluate and provide specific solutions to assist you meeting your legal obligations.

We can also assist in the production of other legislative documents such as Emergency Plans, Manifest Plans, Fuel Based Activities Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments, and Notifications for Service Stations required by Workplace Health and Safety.

Margaret Ewings

Director

Registered as a QBCC licensed Building Designer - Medium Rise, and having obtained multiple qualifications within the industry, Margaret has experience across multiple sectors of Building Design. Having worked with many leading Architectural and Design firms, Margaret fuelled her passion for the Building Design Industry. She has also worked in multiple roles within the Fuel Design and Consultancy sector. As a specialist in the design, legislative requirements, and operation of service stations and underground fuel systems, she can assist with your project needs.

Being passionate about the industry has led Margaret to being an active member of the Building Design Association Queensland, supporting the Brisbane Region by standing as their current Brisbane Branch President where she sits on various BDAQ sub-committees.
