Our award winning shopping centre located on the Gold Coast was designed to meet the Developers vision to transform the existing unattractive retail shopping centre into a vibrant hub for the community. Coomera Collective is about connection, a place where locals can gather, socialise, access services, and shop in a welcoming atmosphere. This precinct pays homage to Australian Mid-Century design, creating a sense of familiarity and warmth that resonates with the community.

inTOTUM® worked closely with Potter Group to address town planning issues and provide innovative solutions that activates the street frontages and facilitates vehicle and pedestrian traffic, encouraging movement between buildings and the adjoining streets.
