inTOTUM® worked with Zarraffa’s Coffee to deliver the concept design and construction documentation for the internal fit out of a new quick service restaurant located as part of a development in Caboolture. While another designer delivered the building shell, inTOTUM® coordinated closely to integrate the fit out seamlessly with the existing structure, and ensuring full alignment with the Zarraffa’s Coffee brand standards.

Our documentation provided clear, build-ready instructions for contractors, enabling a smooth installation and ensuring the final space was functional, compliant, and consistent with the Zarraffa’s Coffee brand experience.
