inTOTUM® was engaged to design the underground fuel system for the Night Owl Service Station, forming a key part of Comiskey Group’s Dakabin Village Shopping Precinct. The developers scope for the design required careful coordination with the broader precinct works, ensuring the fuel infrastructure was seamlessly integrated without compromising operational efficiency, safety, or future flexibility of the service station.

Our design focused on compliant solutions that supports the long term operation, from tank configuration and pipework layouts through to access, maintenance, and risk management. By applying proven fuel system design principles while complying with legislative requirements, inTOTUM® delivered a practical, buildable design that supports Night Owl’s operational needs while aligning with the wider vision for the Dakabin Village development.
