Strategically positioned on Lawrie Street, the main arterial route through Gracemere, it is exposed to over 20,000 vehicles daily. The development comprises a Mobil branded service station and convenience store, with a modern refuelling forecourt. The site has been designed to serve the growing Gracemere community of over 15,000 residents and passing travellers alike.
