Caltex engaged inTOTUM® to develop conceptual layouts for their convenience store fit-out at the Chinderah Travel Centre, located northbound along the Pacific Motorway in Northern New South Wales. Our team collaborated closely with Caltex and developer Scott PDI to ensure the tenancy met Caltex’s operational requirements.

Following this, inTOTUM® was retained to produce construction documentation for the convenience store fit-out, including the Underground Petroleum Storage System (UPSS) and LPG system installation. We worked alongside Caltex’s Builder, Beech Constructions, as well as the developer’s consultant and builder team, Hutchinson Builders, to ensure the project was delivered successfully, on time, and fully compliant with industry standards.
