Designing highway service station sites is more than fuel pumps and quick service restaurants. Navigating planning approvals, fuel licences, environmental assessments, and building permits requires an experienced team of consultants who understand legislative requirements.

inTOTUM® provided conceptual design for the site to meet the operational requirements of Caltex and Red Rooster while addressing vehicle circulation to the existing tavern and interfaces with future stages of development. Our Team was further engaged to provide Development Approval documentation for the Developer and Construction Documentation for the Builder.
