Child Care Centre and Service Station
inTOTUM worked with the Developer and the Tenants to design a Child Care Centre and adjoining 7-Eleven Service Station. The Child Care Centre operator had specific operational requirements for numbers of children attending along with facilities to be provided that needed to be incorporated to ensure the viability of the Centre. Once the layout satisfied all stakeholders, the Development Application documents were finalised and submitted for Approval.
inTOTUM worked closely with the Developers Architectural Visualisation consultant to provide a realistic image for the Developer to utilise for marketing purposes.
