MDE Properties and Vine Projects engaged inTOTUM® to provide concept design for a standalone service station in Caboolture. The design was developed to suit a 7-Eleven branded service station, with a focus on vehicle circulation and safe access for fuel deliveries being a critical factor on this corner site. inTOTUM® collaborated closely with the Developer, Town Planner, and other consultants to secure Development Application approval for the project.

Following the engagement of Beech Construction by the Developer, inTOTUM® was novated to deliver building and fuel system construction documentation. Our concise, well-coordinated, and high-quality documentation enabled Beech Construction to efficiently deliver a compliant, practical, and commercially successful outcome for the Developer.
