355 Brisbane Street is a mixed use development located in West Ipswich, featuring large format retail, a service station, quick service restaurant, and retail warehouse outlets.

inTOTUM® designed the site to meet the clients expectation of maximum lettable space while providing innovative solutions that activates the street frontages and facilitates vehicle and pedestrian traffic. inTOTUM® worked alongside the different tenants to incorporate their individual corporate branding and internal layout requirements.

Public artwork created by Linwood Rae that celebrates the inception and surveying of Little Ipswich was required by the Development Approval to be included into the design of the site. inTOTUM® co-ordinated the artists design with the site layout and underground services to ensure that the artists vision was achieved.
