Mixed Use Retail Development

inTOTUM worked alongside other consultants to deliver the concept design and development approval documentation for this mixed-use retail development. Each Tenant had specific design requirements that was incorporated into the design of their tenancies at Development Application submission stage, and be flexible for changes during the construction phase of the project to meet evolving Tenant branding standards. 

Hutchinson Builders engaged inTOTUM to deliver Building Design and Fuel Design services under a Design and Construct contract.
