Service Station Knock Down Rebuild

Puma Clayfield

Beech Constructions engaged inTOTUM® to provide building design and fuel system design services for the redevelopment of an existing Matilda-branded service station into a Puma Energy 7th Street branded site. This project marked the first completed 7th Street Convenience Store rollout for Puma Energy in Australia.

inTOTUM® worked closely with Puma Energy and Beech Constructions to integrate the 7th Street design standards within an existing building shell that was non-standard in both shape and size when compared to Puma Energy’s typical building format. Through careful coordination and practical design resolution, the project successfully delivered a compliant and functional outcome within the constraints of the existing structure.
