ELIMBAH SERVICE CENTRE

inTOTUM was engaged by Indigo Property Developers to design a Service Centre within their NorthLink North Industrial Estate. This site has exposure southbound from the Bruce Highway. The design incorporates food tenancies opening onto a food court, trucker facilities, and stand-alone pad sites for future food offer developments. The design required compliance with Local Council Town Planning Legislation and needed to consider how the fall across the site could be incorporated in the design to minimise the costs of cut and fill on the site. Working with the Developer and the Anchor Tenant Caltex, inTOTUM was able to design a layout that has obtained client endorsement as well as Development Approval from Council.
