Travel Centre Development
inTOTUM was approached by Eildon Funds Management to work alongside other consultants to provide a solution for a Service Centre and Food Offer Development. This site has excellent exposure to northbound traffic along the Bruce Highway at Caboolture. The design required compliance with Local Council Town Planning Legislation and consideration of how this first stage was integrated into future stages of the development. Collaborating with the Developer and the Anchor Tenant Caltex, inTOTUM designed a layout that obtained client endorsement as well as Development Approval from Council.
inTOTUM was engaged by Evans Built to work as part of the Team to deliver Building Design services under a Design and Construct contract.
