Child Care Centre, Medical Centre, Cafe, and Service Station Development
inTOTUM worked with the Developer to incorporate the different Tenant's specific design requirements into the site layout. inTOTUM provided solutions to ensure the Service Station portion of the site contributed minimal impact to the Medical Centre, Cafe, and Child Care Centre. Moreton Bay Regional Council required landscaping be incorporated into the design to create a civic space for the local community to use and enjoy.
inTOTUM worked closely with the Developers Architectural Visualisation Consultant to provide a realistic image for the Developer to incorporate into the Development Application submission and utilise for marketing purposes.
