With a focus on creating a community hub for the local area, the Bellmere Road development incorporates a variety of uses. Aimed at being within walking distance for the local residents, the mix of medical centre, childcare, cafe, and service station creates a central gathering place for the growing area.
inTOTUM® worked closely with the tenants to address their tenancy briefs while meeting the requirements of the town plan to activate the road frontages. Innovative solutions facilitate vehicle and pedestrian traffic through the site, encouraging movement between buildings and the adjoining roads.
