Caltex Australia Petroleum engaged inTOTUM as Principal Consultant to undertake the construction documentation for the upgrade of their Southport Service Station and Convenience store. This project involved the extension of the existing building with a new internal fitout. The building was not a standard footprint to Caltex's latest C-Store design. This challenge required careful design consideration into how to enable the standard fitout requirements to be met. inTOTUM worked with the consultant team to resolve how the existing building could be extended and fit the new services required within the building envelope.
